  • 2,500 glasses, 2,000 plates and 1,600 sets of cutlery are used per event.

  • The Crystal Mirror's performing artistes represent more than 10 nationalities. They come from all over the world including Russia, Israel, Poland, Austria, Germany, the United States and Brazil.
  • All the performers selected for The Crystal Mirror are world class performers who have performed at the best venues in Europe and internationally. Many of them are multiple awards winners in their specific disciplines, and have been invited to perform for royalty and at world-class venues such as Madison Square Garden and London's West End.
  • A pair of acclaimed chefs, Franck Mischler from France (awarded Young Chef of the Year Champerard-Badoit 2004 and currently Chef de Cuisine of the Auberge du Cheval Blanc, a two star Michelin restaurant) and Chef Alfred Holzfiend (Chef de Cuisine at the Grand Hotel Panhans, a 150-year-old luxury 2 Gault Millau Hats hotel in Austria), will present an exquisite continental gourmet menu with Viennese and Parisian influences.
  • The goose liver pâté served to guests is a traditional Austrian family recipe of producer and promoter Gerhard Lanyi's mother.
  • A selection of exclusive, rare wines is available for guests. These include about 100 international wines and more than 20 different spirits - some imported from Portugal, Austria and Australia - including special schnapps from Austria and a special The Crystal Mirror brew by Asia Pacific Breweries.
  • The champagne bar will serve more than 10,000 glasses to guests.
